The Challenge:
A financial institution needed to generate thousands of “Tax Clearance Certificates” and complex monthly invoices. Using native APEX printing resulted in “truncated text” in long rows and failed to deliver the high-fidelity branding required for government-standard documents.
The MaxPrint Solution:
- Hierarchical Data: The team implemented JSON Object SQL to nest order items within customer records, ensuring multi-level invoices (Customer → Orders → Line Items) were generated in a single pass.
- “Group Above” Logic: Used the MaxPrint V2 designer to create a “Group Above” layout where header information (Customer TIN/ID) repeats only once above its associated list of transactions.
The Impact:
- Accuracy: Eliminated manual data entry errors that previously led to missing records or misplaced addresses.
